TERMS OF SERVICE
| - All commission works are strictly for personal use only. Clients are not permitted to make changes or modifications to the piece and/or claim it as their own. Reposting is permitted only with proper credits. |
| - Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising, promotion or profits associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency and the like is strictly prohibited. |
| - Please provide clear references for your requests. If there are specific requests, these must also be clearly specified. |
| - I reserve the rights to decline requests that I am uncomfortable with and/or feel that I am unable to fulfill, and to cancel commissions prior to payment. |
| - I reserve the rights to post finished commissions on my public social media accounts for promotions unless explicitly told not to do so. You may also tell me if you wish to stay anonymous when the piece is posted. |
| - I will only be taking two (2) minor revisions on the final piece. All revision request thereafter will be subject to additional fees. |
| - For security purposes, I require payments to be made up-front and in full as soon as the sketches are approved by the client. I only accept payments trough Paypal (USD) and GCash or Bank Transfer for local clients (PHP). |
| - All commissions are non-refundable! Refunds will be allowed if, and only if, I have not yet finished requested piece in two months without prior notice. |
